User Information

• If you are using a Personal Account then someone else could be using your user name and password (please keep your login name and password a secret).
• If your account is part of a limited multi-user/school account then once the number of logons reaches the amount purchased for that account it will no longer allow new users to log on until other users on the same account have logged off or not used their computers for a while (the latter is what causes a logged on user to be logged off).
• The account has expired.
